Server log files
For security reasons (e. g. hacker attempts
against our website) we store data related to each individual access to our
webspace. This record consists of the page from which the file was
requested, the name of the file, the date and time of the query, the amount
of data transferred, the access status (file transfer, file not found),
description of the type of web browser used, the IP address of the
requesting computer. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para.
1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests pursued by the person in charge). This
data is deleted on a weekly basis.
Deletion / Blocking of data
We adhere to the principle of data avoidance and data economy.
Therefore, we only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to
achieve the purposes mentioned in this privacy policy and/or in regards to
legal requirements. After discontinuation of the respective purpose or
expiration of legal deadlines, the corresponding data will be (in accordance
with the statutory provisions)
blocked or deleted.
Your rights to access to information, to rectification, to
erasure, to restriction of processing, and right to object

any time. Likewise, you have the right to correction, restriction of
processing, or deletion of your personal data (if there is no contradicting
legal obligation regarding the storage of certain information).

data to be blocked, these data must be stored in a lock file. You can also
request the deletion of the data, as long as there is no legal archiving
obligation. As far as such an obligation exists, we block your data on
request. You can make changes or revoke your consent by notifying us with
effect for the future.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
We
reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure
that it complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to
our services in the Privacy Policy, for example when introducing new
services. Your visit to our website after such a change will be subject to
the new Privacy Policy.
